11	Flooring	18mm thick Cemented Board of make NCL fixed with self-tapping screws & 1.5mm thick PVC Vinyl Carpet fixed on top of the panel (100% water, termite & dimensional proof with vinyl carpet).
12	UPVC Windows	Double shutter sliding UPVC (JINDAL) powder-coated windows of thickness 1.4mm with 4mm Saint-Gobain glass, safety grills from outside & canopy on top of windows.
13	Door	External opening type door made from the same panel material with canopy above the door. Frame work by 25 × 25 tubular pipe. Door with locks & handles.
14	Insulation	25mm thick Glass Wool insulation of density 32kg/m³ on side walls & 50mm on ceiling.
15	Wiring	Concealed PVC insulated copper wiring of ISI quality suitable for 240V, 50Hz single-phase AC power supply.
16	Electrical Fittings	220–240V AC, 50Hz electrical fittings including LED Tube Lights, Bulkhead, Fan, Switches, Sockets, Split AC Point along with separate Havells HIFI MCB.
17	Earthing	Earthing point will be provided for safety.
18	Outside Painting	Phosphate treatment followed by 2 coats of Enamel Primer and 2 coats of Enamel Paint.
19	Hooks	Specially formed hooks for easy lifting and shifting.
